L’Apicoltura Dr. Pescia è un’azienda che si trova sulla Costa degli Etruschi in provincia di Livorno ad un chilometro da Rosignano Marittimo antico insediamento etrusco e fortezza mediavale.
Le tecniche di lavorazione, la grande passione, la volontà e l’impegno dei componenti dell’azienda sono gli ingredienti per ottenere la qualità dei nostri prodotti.
Pratichiamo il nomadismo, trasportiamo quindi gli alveari sulle fioriture caratteristiche della flora spontanea e coltivata tipica della Toscana e delle zone più protette e verdi della regione dal Parco dell’Uccellina alla Foresta dell’Abetone, al Parco delle Colline Livornesi ottenendo dell’ottimo Millefoglie, mieli monoflorreali di notevole pregio.

“Nettare di Bacco” e’ il nostro idromiele. L’idromiele e’ considerato la piu’ antica bevanda alcolica, gia’ conosciuta dal Maya e dagli Egiziani deriva dalla fermentazione del miele in acqua. “Nettare di Bacco” terminata la fermentazione degli zuccheri (14° vol.) viene messo a riposare per un anno in speciali botti di rovere (barriques) e quindi imbottigliato ed inviato al consumo. Dal sapore delicato e’ indicato a temperatura ambiente come bevanda da dessert, fresco come aperitivo.

We practise nomadism by taking the hives to the whereabouts of the flowers typical of Tuscany, in the most protected and greenest zones of the region, from Parco dell’Uccellina to Foresta dell’Abetone, to Parco delle Colline Livornesi, obtainign apart from the excellent Millefiori, also high quality monoflorial honeys.

“Nettare di Bacco” is our idromiele. Idromiele is considered as the oldest alcoholic liquor (well-known by the Mayas and the Egyptians) and it is the result of the fermentation of the honey in water. After the end of the sugars fermentation (14° vol.) “Nettare di Bacco” is put into special oaken casks (barriques) and left there for one year, after which it can be bottled off and sold.
It is delicate flavorised alcoholic liquor which at room temperature is suittable with dessert and fresh as an aperitif.

Unsere Bienen sind nomadisch, wir bringen unsere Bienenhäuser zu den charakteristichen Blüten der wilden und kultivierten typischen Flora der Toskana, in die grüneren und beschützten Zonen der Region, vom Parco dell’Uccellina zum Foresta dell’Abetone, zum Parco delle Colline Livornesi und so bekommen wir außer dem ausgezeichneten Millefiori auch andere hochwertige Einblumenhonige und zwar.

“Nettare di Bacco” ist unser met. Der Met wird das älteste alkoholische Getränke betrachtet, er war schon von Mayavölkern und Ägyptern bekannt und er entsteht aus vergorenem Honig im Wasser. Nach der Zuckergärung (14° vol) bleibt “Nettare di Bacco” ein Jahr in besonderen Eichenholzfässern (barriques) und wird dann abgefüllt und verkauft. Von köstlichem Geschmack kann er nach Raumtemperatur als Dessertgetränke getrunken werden oder, wenn frish, als Aperitif. |
